Join us for a sweaty Yogata Class! This is the perfect blend of yoga and high intensity interval training to get your body moving in a safe and effective way. We start with a power yoga warm up, followed by tabata, then a hatha/yin style cool down to stretch all the big muscle groups. And of course, sweet sweet savanana to finish off! *Covered under physiotherapy if you have extended health insurance.
