Virtual
This is a no-brainer! With this option, everyone can participate, all comfort levels respected (cameras can be on or off!). You still get the benefits of the practice, but in the comfort of your own home and without worrying about masking or screening! Virtual group yoga is offered through the platform ZOOM.

In-person
There’s nothing more magical than being together practicing yoga & mindfulness, and receiving the positive energy bouncing off each other. Not to mention the benefits of some hands on adjustments from your guide! This option is great if your group is comfortable to be together indoors (or outdoors!) – as long as you have a space that works!

Workshop Series
Practice makes… practice! When we do something consistently and regularly, it becomes part of our lives and our routine, which then just becomes part of who we are!
