Tatianna has been serving up yoga to her physiotherapy clients of ALL ages and levels for years…and she’s super excited to bring mindful movement, breathwork, innercore and posture to your yoga practice during this retreat weekend. Get ready to connect to your body in a deep and meaningful way.

Using the Mind Rebel Methodology, we will uncover what’s keeping you out of alignment, the triggers, and fear-based thoughts that keep you from closing the gap between where you are today and how you can show up as your true authentic self.

Friday May  2nd

  • 4:00pm – arrival, settling in and welcome tour
  • 5:00pm – yoga
  • 6:00pm – dinner
  • 7:30pm Heather – Discover your Inner world/Evaluate your wheel of life & Meet your Mind Rebel
  • 8:30pm – guided mindfulness
  • 9:00pm – free time / bedtime

Saturday May 3rd

  • 7:00am – morning yoga
  • 8:00am – breakfast
  • 9:30am – Heather – Getting to know your Mind Rebel and how to nurture her break
  • 11:00am – breath & inner core yoga
  • 12:00pm – lunch
  • 1:30pm – Heather -Bring your Mind Rebel along this new journey
  • 3:00pm – Healing Sounds Singing Bowls (guest)
  • break
  • 4:30pm – yoga posture practice
  • 6:00pm – dinner
  • 7:30pm – Heather – Visualization exercise
  • 8:30pm – *optional before bed relax and unwind yoga

Sunday May 4th

  • 7:00am – yoga
  • 8:00am – breakfast
  • 9:30am – Heather – How to start showing up in this new version of you, coaching hot seat bring your topics to the table!
